Mengawasi pelaksanaan absensi & mengkoordinir pelaksanaan appraisal Driver/ Sopir, Helper/ Kenek.
Melakukan rekruitmen
Melakukan training
Mengawasi & mengontrol pemeliharaan serta penggunaan infrastruktur Pool agar berfungsi dengan maksimal, dalam keadaan baik, aman untuk digunakan.
